Free Delivery on orders over £75 to Mainland UK (excludes teamwear purchases) the Highlands, NI & Channel Islands will incur an additional charge.

Please see the below table rate for your international shipping, all delivery times are based on stocked items only. The customer is liable for any customs and or import duty charges that may be added at the time of import. All Rounder Cricket uses Global E as their international partner and issue our customers with full tracking details to the point your order is shipped. These prices are for your first item ordered and will increase based on the weight / quantity of products added to the basket and will be calculated at the checkout.

Are There Ever Extra Charges & Fees?

International orders over a certain size or weight limit will be subject to additional charges. In the case of this happening we will contact you via email. We reserve the right to do this on all orders we deem appropriate.

We have partnered with Global-e, a third party service acting as your seller-on-record, so you can buy and ship your All Rounder Hockey products to over 100 destinations worldwide! When you buy your All Rounder Hockey products from Global-e, you will see that your payment method is charged by **Global-e// All Rounder Cricket **, and the purchase is subject to Global-e’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (which will be clearly presented in checkout before you place the order).

Goods damaged / Lost in transit

Should you receive an item that is damaged in transit or that you believe is lost then you must make us aware immediately via phone (0113 203 3679 option 1) or email to  Failure to do so may invalidate any claim for said item(s).

Alternative / substitute items

Where it is discovered that a product you originally ordered is out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute said item to an equivalent offered from a different manufacturer.  We will always aim to contact you in the first instance to advise of the situation but this cannot be guaranteed prior to your order being dispatched.

Teamwear Delivery Information:

Any order that contains teamwear will automatically be charged £5.99 shipping.  We aim to have all teamwear orders out and delivered within 10-14 working days.  Due to the personalised nature of these products we do ask our customers to allow up to 25 working days in busy periods.  Equipment can be shipped first to a domestic address if requested however a further £5.99 would be applied.

All Rounder Hockey make every effort to make sure that your goods are delivered on time and in first class condition.

If certain items are not instock with All Rounder you will be notified in your confirmation email and advised whether to expect a delay or not.

If ordering from overseas please email to confirm delivery charges before placing your order.

Requesting to deliver to a safe location:

Our courier will always attempt delivery in the first instance to the shipping address specified when your order is placed. If a delivery is unsuccessful they will attempt to deliver this to your immediate neighbours where possible. 

You may request to leave your order in a leave safe location with UKMail directly, however if your order is left in this location and subsequently lost or damaged we will be unable to provide a replacement item(s) or refund. Choosing to have an item left in a safe location may delay the receipt of your order by at least one working day.

*The above charges will be deducted from your account at checkout.  If prior to shipping the amount paid does not cover the volumetric dimensions, then we will contact you for a further postage payment.

Please note that if you return goods for a total refund then the £4.99 postage payment will be deducted from your refund.
