When choosing a hockey glove there are a number of options to keep in mind before you make your decision. Do you need a robust full finger hockey glove? A Minimalist knuckle protector? Hockey gloves can include protection via foam padding or protection plates on the fingers, thumb and main hand. Foam protection offers increased comfort and impact absorption so whether you are hit with a stick or a ball your hand is always protected.

Most field hockey gloves are only sold for one hand - the left as this is your main stick holding hand, but some brands so offer a right handed glove. Sizes are available from extra small through to extra large and we always recommend that you try on a glove as sizes can vary between brands.
